Information we collect
We collect what a reservation needs and what the site needs to work - nothing that exists only to build a profile of you.
Information you give us
- Passenger details
- The names, dates of birth and travel dates the airline needs to create the reservation.
- Contact details
- The email address, and any phone number, we use to send your reservation and reply to you.
- Messages
- Anything you write in the contact form or by email, kept with your order so support has the context.
Information collected automatically
Your card details are never part of it. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal, and we see only the result and the last four digits.
Some information is recorded by the site as you use it:
- Cookies
- Small files that keep your language preference and your session working. You can clear or block them in your browser; there is more on how they work at allaboutcookies.org
- Usage data
- Pages viewed, searches run and rough timings, used to find broken flows and keep the site fast.
- Device data
- Browser, operating system and the approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and fraud checks.

How we use your information
Every use below is tied to running the service you asked for.
- Issuing reservations
- Creating the booking with the airline and sending you the itinerary and receipt.
- Support
- Answering your messages and resolving problems with an order.
- Payments
- Taking payment, applying promo codes and calculating tax where it applies.
- Security
- Detecting fraud and abuse, and protecting the site and the people who use it.
- Legal obligations
- Keeping the records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep.

How we protect it
Traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS, data at rest is encrypted by our providers, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, so we also keep only what we need and delete it once it has served its purpose.
Section 05
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Access
- Send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct
- Fix anything inaccurate or incomplete in your records.
- Delete
- Erase your information, apart from what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Write to us and we will respond within thirty days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can make the request in your name.

Our pages link to airlines, payment providers and reference material we do not control. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Section 08
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we publish the new version on this page. A material change is also announced by email to customers with an active reservation, so nothing important changes quietly.
