The service we provide
HoldPNR creates flight reservations in live airline systems and returns them to you with the airline's own PNR. A reservation holds a seat for a limited time; it is not a purchased ticket and it does not entitle you to board a flight. We charge for making and delivering the reservation, not for airfare.
Section 02
Using the service
Use HoldPNR only for lawful purposes - typically supporting a visa application or showing proof of onward travel. Do not alter a document we issue, present it as a paid ticket, or resell our service as your own. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, automated or abusive.
Section 03
Reservations are not tickets
Important: A reservation cannot be used to check in, board or travel. If you intend to fly, buy a ticket from the airline. Any decision to travel on the strength of a reservation is yours alone.
Section 04
Accuracy of your details
Passenger names, dates and contact details must match your passport and your application exactly. We issue reservations from what you submit and cannot correct details we were never given. Reissuing a reservation because of details you entered incorrectly may be chargeable.
Section 05
Delivery
Reservations are delivered by email, usually within ten minutes of the payment clearing. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then contact support. Delivery times are targets rather than guarantees, and depend in part on airline systems being available.
Section 06
Refunds
If we do not deliver, you do not pay.
We issue a full refund if a flight reservation is not delivered, or if it fails to verify within the airline system or an independent tool such as CheckMyTrip. Once a valid GDS reservation has been generated and delivered, the service fee becomes non-refundable, as the booking costs have already been incurred. A visa refusal is not in itself grounds for a refund.
Section 07
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fee you paid us. We are not responsible for visa decisions, missed appointments, changes in embassy requirements, airline schedule changes, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Section 08
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text and branding belong to HoldPNR. Keep and print the documents we issue to you as you like, but do not copy, republish or commercially exploit any other part of the site without our written permission.
